Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative at Western Refining in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a professional and timely manner. - Resolve customer issues and concerns while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. - Utilize strong communication and analytical skills to accurately assess and address customer needs. - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable individual who can handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide support. - Analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
