Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Web Chat Representative to join our team at Lear in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position is part-time and is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage in web chat conversations with customers to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 3. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. 5. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
