Job Description:
The Canadian National Railway Company is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Utilize creativity and research skills to provide personalized solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Creativity and research skills to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 6.
