Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team at Kroger in Toronto, Ontario. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance through web chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize effective people management skills to handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 4. Persuade customers to purchase Kroger products and services through effective communication. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Driven and dedicated individual with strong communication skills. 3. Excellent people management and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
