Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team at Citizens Financial Group in Toronto, Ontario. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with clients. You will also be required to assist customers with any inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account-related issues, product information, and general inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Promote products and services to customers to drive sales and revenue - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong research and analysis skills to effectively assist customers and resolve issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
