Web Chat Representative - Work from home

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Web Chat Representative to join our team at Performance Food Group. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative thinker who can adapt to changing customer needs - Experience in a customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
