Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Representative at McMillan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Utilize a friendly and energetic tone to engage with customers and ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate department - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer challenges - Manage multiple customer chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Proven creativity in finding solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home - High school diploma or equivalent
