AbbVie is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Representative to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with the website or online services. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions, products, or services that meet their requirements. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online communication tools. 5. Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required. 6. Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection. 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
