Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams, a leading paint and coatings company, is seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote position with an Associate Level seniority level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and customer service - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience in customer service or sales preferred
