Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Aflac, a leading provider of supplemental insurance, is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information on Aflac products and services - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner - Assist customers with online transactions and troubleshoot any technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize time management skills to effectively handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Must be dedicated and energetic - Strong time management skills - Analytical mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with web chat platforms and online customer service tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
