Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team at PCL Construction in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through our web chat platform. 2. Assist customers with any technical issues or questions they may have while navigating our website. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while engaging with customers. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Driven and motivated personality traits with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be comfortable using web chat software and other digital communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
