Web Chat Specialist

We are seeking a talented Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a part-time Associate-level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide information about insurance products and services - Maintain accurate records of all web chat interactions and customer information - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service and messaging - Stay up-to-date on insurance products, services, and industry trends - Assist with other customer service duties as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer and web chat technology - Knowledge of insurance products and services is an asset
