Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Mistplay in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support to our users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the user experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to users

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Time management skills to handle multiple conversations simultaneously - Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Motivated and reliable individual who is committed to delivering high-quality support
