Job Description:
Honeywell International is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through web chat to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and timely manner through web chat - Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to problems - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Conduct research to provide accurate information and support to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment - Research skills to effectively gather information and provide accurate responses - 4+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
