Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Utilize product knowledge and resources to address customer concerns effectively - Proactively engage with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web chat platforms
