Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Erie Insurance Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance and support through web chat - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by Erie Insurance Group - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints effectively - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
