Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with patients and visitors - Answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilizing emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with the needs of customers - Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness when dealing with challenging situations - Planning and organizing chat interactions to ensure efficient and effective communication - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring chat performance and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software - Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Planning and organizational skills - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and resourceful mindset
