Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, driven, adaptable, and have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with navigating the website and placing orders. 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficient in using web chat software and tools. 6. Highly adaptable and able to multitask efficiently. 7. Demonstrated project management skills.
