Support Associate - Remote Work

We are seeking a motivated and independent Support Associate to join our team at Corning. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline operations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support or a related role - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent research abilities - Independent and energetic personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
