Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nordstrom is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to Nordstrom's policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer needs - High school diploma or equivalent
