Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a dedicated and confident Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to persuade and influence others. 3. High school diploma or equivalent. 4. No prior experience required, training will be provided. 5. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
