Support Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Support Manager to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our support team, ensuring that customer queries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary duties will include:

- Managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitoring and analyzing support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborating with other departments, such as product development and sales, to address customer concerns and drive business growth - Developing and implementing support processes and procedures to streamline operations and maximize team productivity - Communicating with customers directly to resolve complex issues and escalate feedback to relevant stakeholders - Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for the team, promoting teamwork and collaboration

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

- Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a support management role or similar position - Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is a plus
