Job Description:
American Airlines Group is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, associate-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents - Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and updating project timelines - Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records and files for easy reference - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
