Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address complex customer issues - Manage relationships with customers and provide personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve under pressure - Excellent people management skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
