Realogy Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support to clients - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
