Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Support Specialist at AmerisourceBergen will be responsible for providing remote technical support to clients and internal team members. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations, and providing training and guidance on technology-related matters. The Support Specialist must possess a strong understanding of IT systems and applications in order to effectively assist users.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients and team members - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Install and configure software applications - Provide training and guidance on technology-related matters - Document and track support tickets - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong understanding of IT systems and applications - Excellent problem-solving skills - Passionate and reliable attitude - Leadership and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
