Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Support Specialist to join our team at Eli Lilly in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Taking ownership of customer issues and following through to resolution - Conducting training sessions for customers on how to use our products effectively - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Experience in a customer support or technical support role - Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus
