Job Description:
Rogers Communications is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communications. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions - Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers with their needs
Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to handle challenging customer interactions - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Must be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing processes - Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
