Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess the soft skills of innovation and project management.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers via web chat with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Monitor chat queues to ensure timely responses to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Utilize data analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
