Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and driven Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Jarden. This is a remote position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers through web chat, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Work independently to manage chat volume effectively - Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer interactions - Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Comfortable using web chat platforms and other technology tools - Innovative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges - Leadership skills to provide guidance and support to customers - Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
