Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience on our website - Stay up to date on product information and promotions to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions - Ability to persuade customers and resolve issues effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and computer systems - Availability to work part-time hours
