Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

As a Web Chat Associate at Fiserv, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms, working remotely from your home in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least three years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and efficient manner through web chat to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries and issues
