Ingredion is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA.
As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat platform, including ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining quality control standards, and continuously improving the user experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with other teams to implement changes.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring incoming chats, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and marketing, to implement changes and improvements to the web chat platform - Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained at all times - Continuously strive to improve the user experience on the web chat platform
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong independent work ethic and ability to work remotely - Energetic personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
