Abbott Laboratories is currently seeking a talented Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Toronto, Ontario. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience in web chat management who are looking to take their career to the next level. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web chat system to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the web chat platform's performance and effectiveness - Monitor and manage the web chat system to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in customer queries and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience through the web chat platform - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of the web chat system and make data-driven decisions - Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for web chat management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the web chat platform

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong strategic planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of optimizing web chat systems for customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in web chat software and analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
