Job Description:
Shaw Communications is seeking a diligent and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's web chat platform - Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Training and supervising a team of web chat agents to ensure excellent customer service - Developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations - Analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions on chat strategy and implementation - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance and results - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat technology
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding goals - Hardworking and energetic personality - Ability to think strategically and creatively in problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis techniques
