Job Description:
Casey’s General Stores is seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or web chat support roles, you will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through our web chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information and solutions - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Conduct research to answer customer questions or resolve issues - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize customer satisfaction - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or web chat support roles - Highly independent and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and research skills - Excellent written communication skills - Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
