Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team for remote work in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through web chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns effectively. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Reliable and motivated individual with a positive attitude. - Creativity to think outside the box when solving customer problems. - Adaptability to changing situations and customer demands.
