Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Digital Extremes, a leading video game development company based in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Web Chat Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online users through web chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues related to our products and services. Your role will also involve answering questions, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with technical issues they may encounter.

To be successful in this role, you must be energetic and motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to actively promote our products and services, upsell when possible, and gather feedback from customers to help improve our offerings. You must be able to multitask efficiently and prioritize customer satisfaction at all times.
