Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Fannie Mae, a leading financial services company, is seeking a talented and motivated Web Chat Representative to join their team on a part-time basis working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training and education

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits to engage customers effectively - Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer situations - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
