As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, order support, and issue resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Adaptable personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
