Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Chat Specialist to join our team at LKQ, a leading provider of automotive parts and accessories. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from Vancouver, British Columbia, and is part-time in nature, suitable for individuals at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service

Requirements: - Reliable and independent work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Strong adaptability to different customer needs and situations - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Previous experience in customer service or related field
