Job Description:

• Position: Part-Time Heavy-Duty Cleaner
• Location: Condominium in Etobicoke
• Work Schedule: Saturday/Sunday 8am-12pm
• Wage: $17.50 per hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Common Areas: This role involves cleaning and maintaining common areas within the condominium, which may include the foyer, elevators, gyms, seating areas, hallways, and other shared spaces.
• Light Maintenance: You will be responsible for handling small repairs and tasks such as light bulb changes as advised by the Property Manager.
• Outdoor Inspections: Perform frequent inspections of the outdoor areas during your shift, which may include checking the grounds, garbage areas, parking lots (inside and outside), smoking posts, and picking up any litter or loose debris.
• Garbage Collection: Collect and remove garbage from public waste bins within the condominium premises.
