Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America. This is a part-time remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a strong passion for driving results and a resilient attitude towards challenges.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions - Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
