Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and PPC - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of digital marketing efforts - Work with external vendors and agencies as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus
