Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an entry-level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content. 4. Help with social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. 7. Must be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
