Marketing Associate - Remote Work

As a Marketing Associate at Dollar Tree, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA and is part-time at the associate level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies - Assist in creating content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels - Support the coordination of events and promotions - Maintain relationships with vendors and partners

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred - 3 years of experience in marketing or related field - Resourceful and adaptable mindset - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
