Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and maximize customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. 2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns. 4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Support the development and execution of promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives. 6. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and assets. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics. 8. Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Highly adaptable and dedicated to achieving results in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software tools. 8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
