Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a dedicated and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to measure the success of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online channels - Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement - Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and tools to optimize performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus
