Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and adaptable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Ford Motor in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media channels, email marketing, and website. 4. Support the development of marketing strategies and plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 5. Work closely with external agencies and vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics. 5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
