Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at D.R. Horton in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging - Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters - Conduct research on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies - Support the creation of visual assets and collateral for digital marketing campaigns - Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software - Creativity and critical thinking skills to devise innovative marketing strategies - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
